Once product is selected / Registration is completed, the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged. |

The Company shall make payment only by crossed account .payee cheque drawn in favour of the Consultant. Service charges, TDS are applicable as per law. |

No monitory gain is guaranteed. No incentives for inactive distributor |

Success of business plan depends fully on the involvement, commitment, efforts etc., of the consultant. |

for renewal, Rs.1000/- is to be remitted before 30 days of the validity period. |

The Company reserves its rights to accept or reject any registration / renewal at any time. |

The Company reserves its rights to make changes in Marketing Strategy, Plan. Products, Price, Policies and Procedures etc., from time to time. |

The Company reserves its rights to terminate or cancel the Membership, “Payment and royalty Benefits to the consultant if they found unlawful to the company or violating the rules without any prior notice. |
16 |
All disputes shall be subject to Coimbatore jurisdiction only. |
